Susan Cain is the author of the currently bestselling book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking. In this talk she argues that education and business need to allow introverts to be introverts. Common trends in education and business push for group learning or collaborating on most projects, but Susan Cain protests that introverted people are often better learning and working and being creative on their own.
