'We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general welfare and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.' This is the opening line of the United States constitution of 1787. Published by LibriVox as an audio title and narrated by Kristen McQuillin, it is a great attempt at rendering the constitution of the United States of America in audio format. The constitution is narrated word for word in its entirety. It is divided into 7 different audio tracks, each of which corresponds to the seven articles in the constitution.
The narration by Kristen McQuillin is flawless and smooth. This is a wonderfully handy audio resource for anyone interested in listening to the american constitution or finding particular sections in it. I especially recommend this audio title to school children, as it is an educative medium for them to learn about the vision of the Founding Fathers of the United States.
