Description

[In consolation for the absence of the full length edition of this title, RB makes available to you this "glimpse."  However, in spite of its brevity, it is a complete message!]

 You will be blessed!

"Project Management" is really about you being more aware of the fact that you are ultimately the one to determine if whether or not you will be another victim of home improvement fraud.

In the vernacular of the building trades, home improvement fraud is when people are dishonest with you about things having to do with your private home and the property it rests on.

This dishonesty usually entails false advertising and other practices of deception about the work needed on your property in order to get money from you.  Although there can be other motives behind deceiving you, money is normally the main reason.

Home improvement fraud occurs when people are dishonest with you at any point about maintaining and/or up grading your property.   It begins when a residential contractor or contract firm persuades you to trust them to handle your residential projects at a reasonable rate.

However, in the end,  because of these shady dealings,  the project  proves to be more costly than you were initially led to believe.

Summarily,  "Project Management" is all about  you not making the big mistake of turning everything over (including your money) into the lap of a residential contractor who may very well turn out to be the parasite you thought you were avoiding.
