Lucid Dreaming and Creative Consciousness by Fariba Bogzaran on Free Online Video

In this streaming lecture provided by FORA.tv, dream studies Professor Fariba Bogzaran speaks on how to use lucid dreaming as a means of understanding yourself. In a lucid dream, a person is able to experience their dream state while at the same time being aware that they are in the midst of a dream. Bogzaran explains how studies have indicated that while in this state, a person can actively ask the deepest questions about their own lives and what drives them. For Bogzaran, the problem with a question like "Who Am I?" is that it is too ego-centric when asked consciously. However, when we ask the same question in a dream state, we may receive answers that were unintended and this could lead us to deeper self-realization.
