Conversations with History

The Conversations with History Series features over 500 one-hour interviews conducted by host Harry Kreisler, who is the Executive Director of the Institute of International Studies at the University of California at Berkeley. For the past 40 years Kreisler has interviewed prestigious political figures, historians, intellectuals, scientists, artists, UC-Berkeley faculty, and many more interesting people from around the world. The topics often revolve around international politics, foreign policy, and global history. Kreisler always starts the interviews with asking questions about the interviewee's background and what led them to the become the person they are. These interviews are all available to watch on YouTube, and many of them are available on MP3 audio download through the UCTV website. We've selected over 80 interviews to be featured here from some of the most prestigious guests that have graced the stage of the Conversations with History.
