a variety of classics for a fair price (even with some classics missing like Satre for example), a must have you could mean.
though I didn`t manage to listen through them all due to the staccato like style of the reader that makes it nearly impossible to focus. not every single word is so important that it needs a short pause in between...

Based only on the sample provided, I am afraid I was dissuaded utterly from downloading the whole thing, which I had really wanted to listen to, due to the amazingly stocato, monotone delivery of the reader.
Most of us will be listening to these words for the first time, and the authors would have wanted us to be persuaded of the truth of them, with thoughtful and expressive delivery. These are great works of deep thinkers, and shouldn't just be blurted out.
It's free, of course, but still a pity.

    My first download is GREAT!

I was turned onto learnoutloud by their iTunes podcast and after seeing their large selection I decided to join (hey its free). This was my first download. It is high quality in regards to production and content. I do think that the british empiricists should have been represented here, but otehr than that this is great listening! Enjoy....
