Emerson vol 1, August 13, 2009

Thank you I am privileged to be on this learning medium where I am constantly enriched for the visiting..
I've listened to volume one of Emerson's essays and he is true to form..What a deeply reflective thinker and knowledge of self truths...Here in vol. 1 he related how we are not a part of what we do but stand outside of it in unappreciative drudgery of the task at hand..when we could be a part of the energies of it and own it. We are disenfranchised for the whole and mere parts to do what we do, it instead does us. We do it unconscuously and let the work work us...
