An excellent guitar practice technique using the metronome. Randy Roos dons that great rock start garb and moves his fingers about like one too. In this podcast, he teaches how to tune the beginner's fingers to the metronome, each at 1/4, 1/3, 1/8, and 1/16th's of a note (if I got it right). That's one problem where this podcast lacks and it is in the authors' pitch of sound. Randy talks too fast and half of it goes over my head, but I'm able to make out what he's trying to say because of what this podcast is about. Otherwise it's a good way for a beginner guitarist to practice his or her sessions.
The sound quality is excellent and so is the guitaring.
