Now considered a classic self-help book, As a Man Thinketh's underlying premise is that noble thoughts make a noble person, lowly thoughts make a miserable person. In short: you are what you think. As a Man Thinketh is read by Brian Johnson, Philosopher and CEO of Zaadz, Inc.

Thank you very much for the most motivating, eye-opener book I have ever read. The book itself is a true masterpiece and now, with the added audio, i recieved many new insights. Thank you very much, indeed.

This is truly a self-help book (or, audio book in this case) as it is inspiring. There is a song that goes something like ... "If you want to be somebody else. If you're tired of losing battles with yourself. If you want to be somebody else ... change your mind." So then, if you aspire to be a certain person or important somebody then act, dress and speak as if you were already him or her and it will happen. I highly recommend this audio book. It is a treasure.

Listening to this, in an active way… with your problems and goals in mind, you may discover that you are “the master gardener” of your own soul, the “director” of your life. And you may be inspired to take charge of the thoughts that shape your being. I have listened many times, while exercising and with different problems or goals in mind, and have almost always found a helpful insight. I've got a complete review and practical suggestions for using this audio at

This book share a lot of insight and wisdom. Very much like The Master Key System by Charles Hannel. Both written in the 18oo's.
