This course is designed to give you a balanced, historical overview of the Reformation era during the epochmaking years that separated Luther’s Ninety-five Theses (1517) from the end of the Thirty Years’ War (1648).
Geographically, your attention will range across Western Europe, with most time spent on the German-speaking lands, Britain, France, the Low Countries, Italy, and Spain.
