The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Meditation, or MBSR Meditation, is a guided meditation that shifts attention from the breath, to body sensations, to sounds, to mind states, to choiceless awareness, and back to the breath. During the course of the meditation we notice the transient nature of all these phenomena, thus observing the nature of change which is the guiding force of all of life.
