The Reality of Truth (2017) Documentary by Mike Zapolin on Free Online Video

The new 70-minute spirituality documentary The Reality of Truth is now being offered for free from the Thrive Movement on YouTube and it is gaining a large viewership. In the documentary director Mike Zapolin talks with many spiritual teachers about spirituality, meditation, and plant medicine. You'll hear from such figures as Deepak Chopra, Ram Dass, Bruce Lipton, Marianne Williamson, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, and many others. Then Zapolin proceeds with a group down to Peru to participate in an Ayahuasca ceremony. Ayahuasca is one of the most powerful hallucinogens and has been used as a traditional spiritual medicine in ceremonies among the Indigenous peoples of the Amazon basin. Zapolin brings along with him actress Michelle Rodriguez (most famous for her Fast and Furious movies). They participate in the ceremony and then discuss their experiences over a period of time. While the production and editing of the documentary are somewhat haphazard, the film nevertheless has some powerful stories and insights about spirituality and ways in which meditation and plant medicine can affect one's life.
