After Words - C-SPAN Podcast

Each week C-SPAN airs and podcasts their After Words program which features the authors of the latest nonfiction books being interviewed by journalists, public policy makers, and legislators. It's a podcast worth subscribing to as they almost always have an interesting guest who's recently finished their book pitted against an interviewer who often has opposing view points and isn't afraid to ask the tough questions.

Currently on the podcast they've got Russian chess grandmaster Garry Kasparov talking about his book "How Life Imitates Chess", President George W. Bush's former chief speechwriter Michael Gerson with his take on compassionate conservatism in his book "Heroic Conservatism", and senior editor at The New Republic Jonathan Chait who takes on Supply-side economics in his book ""The Big Con: The True Story of How Washington Got Hijacked by Crackpot Economics". After Words proves to be another brain-stimulating podcast from C-SPAN.
