Paul Ryder is the director of Future Mind Training has been teaching as a personal trainer and a life coach since 2002.
As successful author and public speaker, Paul is on a continual journey to achieve his goal of supporting the education system with emotional intelligence and coaching education, which he passionately believes in and has studied personally for the last 15 years. Paul is definetely a person who believes in his work and has and will feel comfortable self testing all of the techniques he has learned and has since advanced to create his own theories and models which he now incorporates in his written and audio learning materials. Paul originally started the path of personal development for his own health. After suffering from a background of abuse and bullying which resulted in extremely low self esteem and de-motivated, negative thoughts, he was on a downwards spiral which resulted in times of total terror just walking outdoors.
Paul has used and still regularly uses all of the methods which he now teaches to bring himself from a place of fear and worry to the confidence to live a happy and fulfilling life, travel round the world.
Paul now has taken the learning and is on a continual journey to transform complex information of emotional intelligence such as guilt, fear, shame, self esteem and love into a format which is easy to understand an apply to everyday life for people from all walk of life.
"Life is to be lived, but make no assumptions that the dreams and desires of the mind can be forced, the limiting beliefs must be understood and worked through and then success will fall at the feet of those who walk the path. It is humbling to know that we are all equal and only as important as the next person, but it is reassuring that the information the great speakers of time have written over the years on personal development is extremely powerful and can lead us to inner peace.
I have experienced what life is like in the dark and cant say I enjoyed it very much, now life is an amazing adventure everyday and I never imagined it would be this enjoyable and enriching!
Life is just what happens to us! We are all corks in the ocean, there is a time to rest and a time to work hard. Do not allow yourself or your pain to gain you unwanted attention, there will be enough people in the world who will feel sorry for and dramatise those who may not be at their full potential as they love nothing more than stroking their ego by being the rescuer. You are a human being and deserve the freedom of seeing who you really are and enjoying self expression.... life is to be lived!
I wish you all the best on your journey
Kind regards
Paul Ryder
