Hello there, ye who love adventure in audio! I am the owner of GouldComputing. Being home schooled had many advantages, enabling me to become an avid student of history, as well as learn computer programming and audio editing. My favorite books were the historical fiction of G. A. Henty and his contemporaries. I have worked on audio recording and editing for many years, and decided to record some audiobooks of G. A. Henty for my own children and others. Traveling often, I need something to keep the hours on the road productive, and so I like to listen to audiobooks as well.
I am a Bible believing, born-again Christian. Life is a challenge, especially for a Christian who desires to follow the Savior whole heartedly, hence our motto, "The Challenge Awaits". Challenge denotes something worthy, something to accomplish, something to conquer. The Challenge Awaits because it is not enough to rest on past victories or glories, the next challenge is always ahead and awaiting you.
In addition to audiobooks, I also am the lead video game designer for GouldComputing. I am currently working on several games both online, PC and Xbox 360. We are developing games to teach history related to the Henty books, math, spelling, as well as some good arcade style games.
