His expertise in group dynamics has taken him into board rooms at companies such as DTS, Lockheed Martin, Manhattan Associates, Symantec and Warner Bros.
Tom delivers training in presentation skills and influence at companies like Nissan, Taco Bell, Transamerica and NBC/Universal.
Originally trained as a classical acotr, Tom received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The Juilliard School, Drama Division. Before founding the executive development firm Essential Communications, Tom was a professional actor for more than 20 years appearing in over 100 plays, films and episodes of television.
Tom is Past President of the Los Angeles chapter of the American Society of Training and Development. He lives in Van Nuys, CA, and is father to Samantha and Julia.
