The Intraspectus Podcast is hosted by Jeffrey Kerekes and brings listeners a wealth of information from expert psychotherapists on a variety of mental health topics. The format of Intraspectus usually involves the host interviewing experts in specialized fields. Substance abuse, teen issues, depression, and anxiety are just a few of the helpful topics that are covered in the podcasts.

I have a personal passion for psychology and self-help topics so I found this podcast especially intriguing. I listened to many of the past broadcasts and will probably subscribe to this podcast because it’s so closely aligned with my personal interests.

The sound quality of the podcast does need some fine-tuning however. I found that the volume of the program could have been increased for easier listening. There was a difference at times between the host’s volume level and the volume of the person being interviewed. Overall though, I would encourage anyone dealing with mental health issues or with an interest in these issues to tune into this podcast.

Intraspectus podcast is a weekly podcast hosted by psychotherapist Jeffrey Kerekes, who specializes in depression, anxiety, and phase of life issues in adults, couples, and teenagers. You can access his website at www.intraspectus.com. The latest post (at the time of this review) includes the lessons for great mental health that he has learned while raising a puppy. Jeffrey, in his previous broadcasts, has taken interviews with the author of "Undoing perpetual stress" and "Undoing depression", Dr. Richard O'Conner. Other interviews include topics on adolescent mental health with Lester Bentley, and parent/teen conflict resolution with Cynthia Joyce. Jeffrey does a great job and targets people suffering from plain mental anguish to serious clinical conditions regarding mental health.

The volume level has been adjusted throughout the podcast, but the voice is a little unclear with a lot of 'ummm' pauses in between, which I think should be eliminated in order to make the podcast capture more number of listeners. Overall, this podcast is a great source of information on mental health and ways to coping with mental health conditions.
