God is not simply an abstract idea but is tangible. We have to consciously connect and directly link with our Source. When we are not able to make spiritual progress, we should call like a child, “Lord, help me.” Sometimes an act of charity opens a door; sometimes being good to others opens a door; sometimes just practicing patience opens a door. We have to be soft, tender and gentle when we pray. Then the results are instant. The real solution is not found through thinking or rationality. One yoga that anyone in any condition can practice is: I Aham Brahma Asmi, “I am That.” “Just remember that God or Light is within you. You are That. Transformation is being reborn into another reality. We do not call it Liberation at that point—you are the Light!”
