about Ana, the little girl
Reviewer maleki22

hello sir/madam,
first of all let me thank you for your useful program for french language. I just wanted to say that I think the girl accent is a little bit unclear to understand. and I think you'll attract more audience if you chose another person instead of her.
in audio books, the enunciation is one of the important factors.
thank you so much.

J'adore Coffee Break French!

                                                          Introduction

In lesson two of our new series, we’ll be listening to Sylvie’s reply to Monique’s email from last week.

The lesson is presented by Mark and Pierre-Beno?t in a mix of French and English. After presenting Sylvie’s email, Mark gives a summary of the main narrative points of the email, and then Pierre-Beno?t discusses four interesting language points brought up in the text. Through examples and explanations, Mark and Pierre-Beno?t will help you to understand the French used by our characters in their texts, and you’ll be able to build your range of expression, increase your vocabulary and deepen your understanding of complex grammatical concepts.

Please note that lesson 02 of Season 4 was originally known as lesson 402 of Coffee Break French. We have renumbered the lessons of each season as lessons 1-40 to make things more simple for our listeners.

Welcome to the Coffee Break French Verb Fix – your weekly fix of the award-winning language course from the Radio Lingua Network in which we’ll help you master your French verbs and improve your spoken and written French in the process.

This is the final lesson of this season and we’re looking at the irregular verb aller meaning “to go”. Aller is a very common verb and in addition to being used in its normal sense, it is also used as part of the simple future tense, as in “I am going to visit my aunt” and other such sentences. There’s also something you need to take on board with aller when conjugating it in the perfect tense. All will be explained in the lesson.

Coffee Break German will be aimed at complete beginners in the language and, following the well-loved relaxed but structured Coffee Break style, we’ll be teaching German in weekly episodes, starting on 23rd January 2013. The whole Coffee Break German team are very excited about the launch and Mark is looking forward to picking up German along with the listeners!

The Magazine features interviews with native speakers, tips on idiomatic Spanish and a question and answer section and it has gone down extremely well with our listeners. In particular the video interviews have received great reviews and we’ll be planning to add more video content to our language...
