This is a self-help hypnotherapy recording for those children (8 years plus) and adults who suffer from vocal tics or bodily twitches, and even those with Tourette's Syndrome. The suggestions increase belief in listeners' ability to maintain calm, confident, relaxed control in public situations. They are also encouraged to allow themselves a private place and time of their own choosing to express their tension if they feel the need to do so. The best time and place to listen is usually while relaxing in bed just before sleep, but daytime listening in a comfortable place (not while driving) will be fine, too. Best results come through regular listening.
