You're much bigger than you think you are

Jon Kabat-Zinn is a walking, talking model of mindfulness and this video is worth watching for that experience alone. His message is about the possibility of opening up your life so that you're living moment to moment. Opening up your mind to "discerning" rather than "judging." Opening up to the realization that maybe...just maybe you're spending too much time resenting the past or worried about the future.

This was a timely viewing for me when I realized this morning I did not have a clue if I had fed the dog once or twice. I repeatedly watched this today over the last couple of hours and it is now time to go and take ten minutes and breath.
