Many of these titles are written and narrated by the companies founders psychologist Matthew McKay, Ph.D. and writer Patrick Fanning. New Harbinger's authors are medical and mental health professionals that give practical methods of self-help for dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, and other areas of health and healing.
